The proposed development is at the Village of Coloane, located at the southwest corner of the approximately 60,000 square meter Coloane Island.

Anchoring the north is the 3 storey, 7,600 square meter, Harbou Centre, along the existing breakwater, comprising shops, restaurants, nightclubs and underground parking for approximately 100 cars. Adjacent this Centre, facilitating the arrival and departure of special guests will be a yachy ladning piece, extending southward into the bay; and two helicopter landing pads, located on top of the Centre.

Anchoring the south end is the 5 star, 600 rooms and suite hotel complete with Macau’s largest Conference/ Banquet Centre with conference capacity for 2,000 persons and banquet capacity for 1,800; Retail Shops; Bars; Restaurants; private Executive Spa and Health Club and underground Parking for 200 cars. A total of 8 self-contained luxury Presidential Suites, complete with pools, are also included along the south coastline, nestled into the hillside.
